I ordered a pair of New Balance 530s last month. As usual, the whole process was smooth. Delivery took about 4 days to get to me in Texas, which is pretty standard. Good value, some delivery issues

However, the delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, around 7 days to reach me in California. The tracking updates were a little sparse for a couple of days. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, a solid experience, but the delivery could be more consistent.
